I will collect your full name, email address, phone number, mailing address and details about your wedding day or event in order to provide you with a quote. I also need these details should you decide move forward with the booking. Should you proceed with the booking this information will be used to contact you in relation to your wedding or event.

I will not share this data with a third party with the exception being relevant publications so they may contact you to share details about your wedding if your photos are approved for publishing.

As a photographer, a part of my business is sharing photographs on my website, social media, and with relevant publications. When signing a contract with Nichole Emerson Photography LLC, you agree to allow the use of your images to be used for advertising for Nichole Emerson Photography LLC .

At the time of booking you may request to adjust the contract and for your images to be kept private and not to be used for advertising for Nichole Emerson Photography LLC .

When images are shared with blogs and/or publications they include wedding location, a story about the couple and their wedding photographs. You may request the post to be removed.



I collect this data through contact forms on my website which is linked to my email as well as a client management system called 17hats  which are all password protected. Photographs are stored through online galleries on Smugmug which is GDPR compliant.

 
My business involves taking photographs. I archive all works for the lifetime of the business. This is to ensure the data is available should a client require further copies. Your personal data is retained for the lifetime of the archive. For tax purposes, I am required to hold business accounts for a period of 5 years after filing. You may request to see that data and I will furnish it as quick as possible. Any data provided not required for a legitimate legal basis, may be removed on request.
